Victory Runners

This Privacy Policy explains how 株式会社IVYX ("IVYX", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the mobile application Victory Runners (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Provide

For a better experience, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). Unless otherwise stated, the information you provide is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2. Information Collected Automatically

If the app encounters an error, we automatically collect diagnostic information ("Log Data") through third-party products. Log Data may include:

  • IP address of your device
  • Device name and operating-system version
  • App configuration when using the Service
  • Time and date of use
  • Other statistics used for troubleshooting and improvement

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service itself does not set cookies. However, third-party code and libraries integrated into the Service (e.g., advertising SDKs) may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the Service. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

サービス利用規約

本規約は、株式会社IVYX（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション Victory Runners（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用いただく際の条件を定めるものです。ご利用に先立ち、本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上ご利用ください。

第１条（定義）
  1. 本サービス：当社が運営する本アプリおよび関連サービス。
  2. 本コンテンツ：本サービス上で提供される文字・音声・静止画・動画・プログラム・コード等の総称（ユーザー投稿を含む）。
  3. 利用者：本サービスを利用するすべての方。
  4. 個人情報：住所、氏名、職業、電話番号その他個人を特定できる情報の総称。
  5. 知的財産：発明、著作物、商標等、人間の創造的活動により生み出されるもの。
  6. 知的財産権：特許権、著作権、商標権等、知的財産に関する一切の権利。
第２条（規約への同意）
  1. 利用者は、本規約に同意の上、本サービスを利用できるものとします。
  2. 利用者が本サービスを端末にダウンロードし起動した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
  3. 未成年者は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得た上で本サービスをご利用ください。
第３条（規約の変更）
  1. 当社は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、本規約の内容を変更できるものとします。
  2. 変更内容は当社所定の方法で通知し、通知後に本サービスを利用した時点で同意したものとみなします。
第４条（個人情報の取扱い）

第５条（禁止行為）

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

第６条（免責）
  1. 当社は、本サービスの内容変更・中断・終了による損害について責任を負いません。
  2. 当社は、本サービスが利用者の特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
  3. OS 変更等に伴う不具合について、当社はその解消を保証しません。
  4. 当社は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について一切責任を負いません。
第７条（広告の掲載）

本サービスには当社または提携先の広告が表示される場合があります。

第８条（分離可能性）

本規約の一部が無効となった場合でも、残余の規定は有効に存続します。

第９条（有料コンテンツ）
  1. 本サービスの一部は有料コンテンツです。料金や決済方法は別途表示します。
  2. 当社は価格を変更する権利を有します。
第10条（サービスの終了）
  1. 当社は通知の上、本サービスを終了することがあります。
  2. 終了に伴い利用者は有料コンテンツの利用権を失います。
第11条（連絡方法）

お問い合わせは本サービス内のフォームまたは当社ウェブサイト所定の方法でご連絡ください。

第12条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
  1. 本規約は日本法に準拠します。
  2. 本サービスに関し紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
